Mindfulness in Motion is an approach to movement that ignites the innate capacity of both body and soul to heal from the effects of trauma and stress, which are stored in our cells. In this podcast we speak with Tanya and Judi Rich, long time meditation teacher and practitioners as well as movement facilitators about their retrreat. Their approach to movement empowers alignment between body and spirit, releases tension, and energizes every cell. But more importantly, it promotes healing and empowerment of the being in that body, that we may live and express our full, elevated potential.
